Machine Summary 
Based on the principle of generating method, the series heavy-duty CNC machine are designed to cut cylindrical spur & helical gears, crowning or slightly tapered gears, dual & cluster gears, wormwheels and splines with large module. They are suited for the industries that produce gears in mass production, such as heavy truck, metallurgy, marine, heavy mechanism, aviation and lift, etc.
 
Performance and Feature 
1. the machine is of 6 axes with 4 axes coordinated. Its CNC axes are:
A-axis--hob head swivel motion;
B-axis--hob spindle rotary motion;
C-axis--worktable rotary motion;
X-axis--radial feed motion;
Y-axis--tangential feed motion;
Z-axis--axial feed motion;
Four coordinated control axes: B, C, X and Z axes.
2. Carry out index and differential compensation motions by electronic gear box(EGB).
3. High speed heavy-duty hobbing with multi-start high speed hob can be carried out.
4. Fault diagnostics function is available.
5. Quickly retraction protection; in case of power off or fault occurred, synchronously and quickly retract the hob to avoid collision.
6. Compact construction design to save floor space; reasonable arrangement so as to operate easily.
7. Double-wall, rib-reinforced and symmetric construction design for bed and column ensure stable thermal distribution of the machine.
8. Large power AC spindle motor is used for the spindle; high precision helical gearing is adopted for transmission; one-tooth difference clearance eliminating mechanism is arranged at the end of transmission chain.
9. Special spindle bearing are used for supporting the hob spindle, steel inserted guideway and ample rectangle guideway are used for slide, thus ensure the machine has high rigidity, good anti-vibration ability and stable accuracy.
10. Equipped with hob quick change-over & hob arbor auto. clamping device, and spindle overload auto monitoring and alarm device.
11. Super precision bearings are used for supporting worktable spindle, super precision Chinese patent double worm gearings system are used for worktable to carry out clearance-free transmission, a clamping cylinder is arranged at the bottom of the worktable.
12. Bulky components are of double-wall, rib-reinforced and symmetric construction design, thus greatly increase the rigidity of the machine so as to meet the requirements of high speed and heavy-duty hobbing.
13. Chips are quickly evacuated from the machine bed by an auto chip flushing device, coolant is cooled by oil chiller and symmetrically circulating between the machine bed and the outside arranged coolant tank.
14. Reasonable arrangement of popelines and cables ensure the reliability of the CNC system.
15. Separated hydraulic, lubrication and cooling systems with oil chillers.
16. Parameter programming.
